I love veggies - raw or cooked. My daughter just turned us onto kale chips - Yummmmmm! People who shy away from vegetables are missing out on so much!

When my kids were young I got creative and used the veggies to decorate the plate, they loved it, Later I had then cook the veggies with me. It worked

Your definitely right! I love my crock pot, but when making something it definitely have to be done the right way. The meat should probably be cooked slightly and everything else has it's specific time on being thrown in. Salads too are great and healthy, but not when loaded with croutons, cheese, and creamy dressings.
