I love veggies - raw or cooked. My daughter just turned us onto kale chips - Yummmmmm! People who shy away from vegetables are missing out on so much!

I love salads, As an almost raw vegan, that is primarily what I eat. I will add a bit of hummus as dressing but I stay away from salad dressing, My kids are not so big on salads....trying to get them to eat raw too.

When my kids were young I got creative and used the veggies to decorate the plate, they loved it, Later I had then cook the veggies with me. It worked

I have not always liked vegetables, although as I get older I have grown to love leafy green vegetables like Kale and Brussels Sprouts

I love this! I admit I am sometimes guilty of missing out on my veggies and i love how you talk about all of the different ways to make them appealing. I will refer back to this post:)

I love salads too, but so many don't realize they can be worse than a hamburger.

Veggies have always been a challenge to make good and worth eating in my home:(

Your definitely right! I love my crock pot, but when making something it definitely have to be done the right way. The meat should probably be cooked slightly and everything else has it's specific time on being thrown in. Salads too are great and healthy, but not when loaded with croutons, cheese, and creamy dressings.
