Thank you for the great information! I have been to a chiropractor several times, and I love what they do! I went in for a problem with my foot, and after adjusting my hips, my foot gradually got better. I love how everything is connected, and chiropractors treat this way!

Hi, Deanna! Thank you for the comment. Yes, our holistic approach is what drew me to chiropractic years ago :) It's fascinating how the body is connected!

I believe 100% in chiropractors, How ever I found out that on top of that I need massage and exercise to help my issue.

Well said, Dov. I too believe that exercise and massage are an important part of one's health strategy :)

Thank you for this information. I have never been to a chiropractor but this was helpful in understanding when it is right to see one.

I'm glad to hear that! Luckily for us, the world (and the medical world) is coming around and seeing us as such :)

Thank you for sharing this information. I've never had to visit a chiropractor, but many of my friends have and they have been helped so much!

Hello, Laurel! You should try chiropractic out anyway- we do SO much more than relieve pain! :)

Thank you for the information about chiropractors. I personally had a bad experience with one but of course there are always good and bad doctors. Thank you for the explanation:)

Hello, Daniele. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with a chiropractor. As with all professions, there are really good chiros and some really bad apples.

Another layer that most people don't realize, is that chiropractors can vary greatly in how they practice. There are about 100 different chiropractic techniques out there, and most of us combine a bunch of different techniques. You may find that if you try chiropractic again you will be pleasantly surprised :)

Thanks so much for this post. This is something that I've been wondering about for a while now. My mom always tells me I should see a chiropractor but I've just been skeptical.

My profession, like all others, have rock stars and total duds. Just use your best judgement and screen them before going (look at their websites and social media). I hope you give chiropractic a chance :)
